Clinic significance

Soluble Liver Antigen" and "Liver and Pancreas Antigen" represent a same entity. They are found in 10% of type I auto-immune hepatitis (associated to anti actine Abs) and in 20% of cryptogenic hepatitis that can be classified amongst type I auto-immune hepatitis.
