  • Sample treatment:
    - centrifuge the sample for 10 min at 4000 rpm and at 4°C,
    - settle
    - freeze the plasma immediately

    Sample:
    - T0 before infusion (residual level)
    - T1hr at end of infusion (peak)
  • 1 individual aliquot for this analysis.
  • Sample to be frozen within 1 hour. Home sampling is not advisable.
