Clinic significance
1. Anti-Lgi1 autoantibodies are commonly associated with anti-VGKC in limbic encephalitis not associated with paraneoplastic syndrome.
2. Anti-Caspr2 antibodies are more commonly associated with neuromyotonia, Morvan's syndrome; with limbic encephalitis associated with tumours, thymoma and small-cell lung cancer.
