Further information

Sample taken with material at 37°C (needle, tube, etc.)
Decantation after centrifugation ideally at 37ºC (prohibit use of cooled centrifugation) at 3500 rpm for 15 minutes.

Cryoprecipitation and if presence of a cryoprecipitate, identification using an anti-fibrinogen immune serum
