Clinical significance

For information, the Eurofins Biomnis laboratory has positivity thresholds of 5µg/L for cannabinics, and 10µg/L for opiates, cocaine and amphetamines, this sensitivity being necessary for certain clinical contexts (addictology follow-ups...). The minimum thresholds for urine drug screening required by the decree of 13 December 2016 for the French Traffic Laws are:Cannabinics: 50 µg/L Amphetamines: 1000 µg/L Cocaine: 300 µg/L Opiates: 300 µg/L
