A ne pas confondre avec les Ac anti-cytoplasmes des polynucléaires neutrophiles. Ici on recherche une neutropénie auto-immune (parfois par alloimmunisation maternelle chez un bébé). Seule la recherche indirecte peut être confiée au LMM. Pour la recherche directe prendre RDV avec l'EFS de Créteil : nécessité d'envoyer du sang total EDTA en moins de 24 H
