Clinical significance
This examination is for pregnant patients alloimmunised to RH4 (anti-c) with spouse positive for RH4 (RHc) and heterozygous (RH: 2,4). It must therefore be carried out as of the 13th week of gestation and falls within the pregnant patient follow-up regimen presenting anti-RH4 alloimmunisation.
