Main catabolite of dopamine. Increased excretion in the urine is usually associated with neuroblastoma.

Prenalytics

• Adult: 1 aliquot in tube urine of homogenized 24H. Child: 2 aliquots in tube urine from urination.
• FROZEN

• Urines have to be stored refrigerated during the collection process
• Freeze quickly after the end of the collection.
• Adult : specify the diuresis (volume of urine of 24H).
• Adult: mandatory diuresis
