Methodology

Screening for targeted mutations in a panel using high-throughput sequencing (NGS). Library preparation: Enzymatic Fragmentation Kit 2.0 Twist (capture, sequencing: NovaSeq Illumina (2x150bp) , bioinformatics: Demultiplexing BCLconvert V3.10.5 / VarSome Pipeline version 11.8 (CE-IVD)). DNA extraction from plasma cells sorted on CD138 magnetic beads (Stem cell reagents).
