Fasting sample
This is a panel of analyses, which must be sent in full to Eurofins Biomnis, without being separated
Attach the specific health questionnaire to the back of the application form.
Saliva: first collection to be done when you wake up, second collection 30 minutes later, without eating, sleeping, or brushing your teeth (possible contamination by blood) but with usual morning activity. The collection can be carried out on 2 salivettes, compacts, sterile tubes, identified, time-stamped and frozen.
It is essential to identify the nature of the sample on each tube sent.
Do not combine the Juvenalis report and the Eurofins Biomnis report in the same file.
