Clinic significance

Central and peripheral muscarinic antagonist anticholinergic antiparkinsonian.
Optimal dosage: between 2 and 20 mg/day
Adverse effects: dizziness, vomiting and confusional reactions. Sometimes in the early stages of treatment, dry mouth, nausea or visual disorders may be observed.
